2018 National Women in Travel (Aviation) Awards winner

Chinta Air’s chief pilot, Felicity Brown, has been named the 2018 Women in Travel (Aviation) award winner.

The win comes two years after Felicity was named a finalist in the inaugural Women in Travel Awards in 2016.

Chinta Air’s CEO, Noel Schwarz, said the award was recognition of Felicity’s hard work.

“We are very proud that Felicity has been recognised for the work she puts in,” he said.

“As Chief Pilot, she is responsible for the standards of flying and training of all our pilots. Although every aviation business of any size must, by law, have a Chief Pilot, Felicity is one of only six female Chief Pilots in Australia, and the only female in this role in South Australia.”

There were four finalists in the category of Aviation at the 2018 Women in Travel Awards.
