About Chinta Air and how we are a charter plane service specialist
We know the feeling – you plan to visit the Outback, and now want to add a scenic flight or a private charter plane to put the finishing touches to the itinerary. And that is where we can help..after all, the Australian Outback is our backyard.
Chinta Air specialises in scenic flights from bases across South Australia, and air charter across Australia.
The company is privately owned, and the owners love to travel as much as you do. We operate aircraft that are maintained to the exacting standards that are demanded by the Australian Outback.

Charter plane services
From all bases, Chinta Air provides aircraft and pilots for both scenic flights and an air taxi / air charter service. This includes:
ad hoc air charter (think of Chinta Air as being the Uber of the skies – you tell us when and where you would like to travel, and we make it happen.)
aerial photography (still and motion);
survey flights (environmental or property);
aerial spotting (fish, fauna, fire, and flood);
and search & rescue operations.
Charter planes available
The aircraft that we currently have available include:
twin engine aircraft, ideal for air charter and freight transport.
single engine aircraft, which are ideal for scenic flights, survey flights and spotting operations.
Chinta Air are licenced by the Civil Aviation Safety Authority – a licence the company has held without interruption since 2003. Company pilots are trained to deal with the particular conditions that the Australian Outback offers.
